You have no body, and a Boetheri of unknown origin with Nareth’s limp, Nareth’s mannerisms, and even Nareth’s haircut. On top of all that, also the recipient of a very suspicious gift from Lord Guren that, on top of being very hard to explain, will place him in a social position certain to attract a lot of attention, most of it hostile.
In short, this is *not* how you avoid awkward questions. No wonder Bradley’s in trouble.
Also, you may want to distract Tai-Ra and escape before she adds up all the reasons she has to be angry with you right now.
