So it begins! And with what seems to be some sort of chase across the country side!
Where better to start than in the middle? …of the chase at any rate. 😀
There’s daily updates this week, so I have no room to actually complain, but dang if I ain’t chomping at the bit to get into this story! I want dialog darnit!
I am also noting that you redrew every frame completely, but that I had to specifically look to be sure. Repeat frames seems like one of those things that’s only ever noticed if its done badly, and thus goes unappreciated… But I noticed! I appreciate your craftsmanship!
Yeah, this page is a big part of the reason why I wanted to have multiple pages right from the start. I knew I wanted this to be page one, but I couldn’t just leave that as the only update for a full week.
This was actually one of the most difficult pages I’ve made for any of my comics, due in large part to trying to ensure the background remained at least somewhat similar from panel to panel. By the end I could only see the differences, so it’s really gratifying to know it comes across well. Thank you!
